Performance Management – Responsible for employees’ performance, by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress against the goals, ensuring feedback, and addressing performance problems and issues promptly.
Contract Management – Systematically and efficiently managing contract creation, execution, and analysis for the purpose of maximizing financial and operational performance and minimizing risk.
Vendor Management – Handles all 3rd party service provider in regard to researching and sourcing vendors, obtaining quotes with pricing, capabilities, turnaround times, quality of work, negotiating contracts, managing relationships, assigning jobs, evaluating performance, and ensuring payments are made.
Process Management – Applying knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and systems to define, visualize, measure, control, report and improve processes with the goal to meet customer requirements
Problem / Incident Management – Preventing problems and resulting incidents from happening, to eliminate recurring incidents, and to minimize the impact of incidents that cannot be prevented.
